Meet Our Team

Kelsie Stefkovich

Founder and Owner

With years of experience and a passion for sports, Kelsie is dedicated to helping athletes enhance their performance and reach their full potential. Growing up, Kelsie played multiple sports, including field hockey, soccer, basketball, softball, golf, and lacrosse. At 15, she began volunteering for local youth sport clinics. At just 17, she coached a youth basketball team, and would guide them to win the league championship with a buzzer beater. Kelsie was a three sport varsity athlete, who received All-County, All-Conference, and All-State recognition. She was also recognized as standout female athlete and empowering leader at the New Jersey Girls and Women's in Sport celebration.

Kelsie went on to play field hockey at the Division III level, where she honed her skills and deepened her understanding of the game. She transitioned from the defensive line to the offensive line in the beginning of her collegiate career, and proved to be an essential piece of the attack. She started all but 1 game of her career, and was part of the 2020 NJAC Championship team. Her commitment to athletics didn't end with her playing career; she seamlessly transitioned into coaching, driven by a desire to mentor and develop the next generation of athletes.

Currently, Kelsie currently serves as the Head Field Hockey Coach at Dominican University of New York (DII) and Student Athlete Success Advisor at Sussex County Community College (JUCO). This comes after serving a 3 year stint at Ramapo College of New Jersey (DIII) where she had served at the Head Field Hockey and Head Women's Lacrosse Coach. Her coaching journey is marked by a wide range of experiences, including teaching middle school health and PE, and coaching high school girls' lacrosse, high school field hockey, high school fencing, middle school field hockey, middle school basketball, youth lacrosse, and club field hockey. Kelsie's multifaceted coaching career reflects her versatility and dedication to sports education and athlete development.

In combination with her experiences as an athlete, she brings a wealth of knowledge, enthusiasm, and a personalized approach to each of her roles, making a positive impact on the athletes she works with. Her commitment to excellence and passion for sports continue to inspire and motivate those around her.
